a decent stay overall
close station neat room convenient store hot air environmental control inoperable window
i was charmed by the location. the station was very close. there were also convenient stores all over! every time we returned from our daily outing the room was always neat and clean.
i noticed some things that could be improved. i found that the environmental controls in the room were not working! the vent seemed only to pump hot air. the window could not open.

comfortable and convenient
heated toilet airport shuttle room size
i really liked the heated toilet, it was great. the free haneda airport shuttle was really helpful. i was happy with the room size, it worked well for our group of four.
the room was too warm when i arrived, and the environmental controls were not working as expected. i tried to adjust the temperature, but the vent only seemed to pump hot air. the window could not open either.

nice layout handy location good breakfast air conditioning stuffy room bad experience
The room a nice size with good layout. Location handy as it near train station and family. Breakfast had many options and tasted good.
Air conditioning in room stay off, I was told. The hotel centrally regulate it. It felt stuffy in the room and uncomfortable for my family. My kid became sick, I was glad I only booked it for one night.

cigarette smoke limited channels
The location was acceptable enough. It was a short walk to the train station.
The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, a real bummer considering it was supposed to be non-smoking. the tv selection was also limited! only japanese channels were available. So much.
